At Universoul Publishing (UP), we offer a blend of made-to-order, print-on-demand items and manually shipped products. We’re committed to getting your creations to you as smoothly and efficiently as possible.


📦 Order Processing Times

  • Print-on-Demand Items:
    Most apparel and custom-printed merchandise are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipping.

  • Manually Shipped Items (Books, Art Prints, etc.):
    These items are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days of your order.

  • Mixed Orders:
    If your order includes both types of products, they may ship separately and arrive at different times.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL. Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Packages

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. Universoul Publishing is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned to sender due to non-collection
